Rugby's newest tournament is underway and we'll be showing a good deal of it on Saturday before some pre-match tunes at 7pm, followed by the England v Norway World Cup match at 10pm.

Here's what we'll be screening:

Japan vs Ireland - second half coverage from 12pm
Fiji vs England - kick off 2.10pm
South Africa v Scotland - kick off 4.40pm
